First step to a more beautiful skin, more beautiful you!

All of us know how fruits benefit us in a lot of ways, but how many of us really put in effort to consume it? Well i'm one of them now LOL! i used to eat a lot of fruit in the past and i had super duper good complexion! 

But after i met my current boyfriend, everything changed! Because he's not a fruit lover! PLUS i sleep late at night just to accompany him. So i started having impurities, out break (on off), dull complexions sometimes which i never experience before in the past. (but still can make it la! still look like a human being LOL) Things became better when i change my diet and sleeping time. Here's something which i normally eat myself. You guys can try it if you want to ;) It's so simple! 

Fresh tomato

Add banana in the milk
With some fresh tomato

And add in cereal, mix everything together. It taste really great for me! I feels FRESH! So energetic for the whole day! 

The vitamins in tomatoes include A and C. Vitamin A is good for your eyes and Vitamin C helps the body fight infections. Tomatoes also contain lycopene, a substance said to help reduce the risk of prostate cancer. 

The acidity in tomatoes helps in reducing and clearing up your acne. Vitamin A and vitamin C are commonly found in a lot of acne medicines and tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K. 
Bananas is a good source of iron, magnesium and potassium it helps reduce menstrual cramps. They are rich in vitamin A, B and E and hence works as an anti-aging agent! High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, prevent constipation!
