Lightening pigment & blemishes

I'm so troubled by my pigmentation recently because of my cough, I can't sleep well at night for a month! Because lack of sleep, my pigmentation becomes darker each day! So I have no choice but to try all ways!
I started doing chemical peeling in my beauty centre every month.

A gentle exfoliating facial refine, retexturize and even out skin tone without over drying skin.

Progressive Alpha Hydroxy acids and enzyme complex are used to deliver lasting results.
Good for all skin types! Except for those very sensitive skin.

Use Dermalogica's extreme C and C-12 concentrate.
High-potency brightening treatment to minimize discoloration and improve skin clarity. Their exclusive blend of peptides, minerals and botanical extracts helps treat and prevent cellular discoloration for unsurpassed skin brightening and tonal balancing.
Intense brightening power to minimize areas of discoloration. Powder emulsifies upon contact with skin, delivering a potent dose of Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP) to accelerate skin brightening and strengthen skin's defenses against future discoloration on a cellular level.
Aside from all using all kinds of beauty products and doing beauty treatments, I do natural treatment at home too!
Lemon and honey treatment
Squeezing a bit of lemon juice and mix it together with honey.
Apply it on your entire face.
Lemon contains lactic acid which lighten pigment effectively and honey is for soothing. But do take note it's not recommended for sensitive skin.

Wet some of the lemon juice on a cotton pad and leave it on the areas with pigment and blemishes for 20mins.

Something like this ;)

Do it everyday regularly and you will definitely see very good results! But remember lemon will make your skin dry so do remember to apply more moisturizing products ;) Cheers!
